Cedar Park, TX – Equipped with informative booklets to pass is free For youth, a team of PETA and Texas Animal Freedom Fighters will raise awareness of animal welfare issues at the Cardin International Circus on Friday and ask parents to tell their kids the truth about Cardin’s story.

“These elephants spend most of their lives in chains, and no child would want to see them do stupid stunts if they knew about it,” says Rachel Matthews, director of captivity enforcement at animals of the PETA Foundation. “PETA’s gift is sure to appeal to compassionate young minds who want animals to be protected, not harmed.”
PETA, whose motto is in part that “the animals are not ours to be used for entertainment” – opposes arrogance, a worldview focused on human superiority.
