Bethesda, Maryland. – Tomorrow, a PETA mobile billboard featuring monkeys imprisoned in NIH labs crying and video footage of injured monkeys in NIH experimenter Elizabeth Murray’s lab will alert her neighbors to the dire reality of her daily work. A billboard will also surround NIH Director Francis Collins’ quarter and the NIH building to persuade officials to shut down Murray’s gruesome experiments.
