Atttleboro, Massachusetts. – PETA is offering a reward of up to $ 5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of violent individuals responsible for hitting a family of geese – a mother, a father, and three babies – attempting to cross Route 123 near a wastewater treatment plant around 16: 15 last Friday. Eyewitnesses said the gray truck driver waited impatiently for the geese to move along the busy road and pressed the gas, killing everyone.
PETA looks forward to helping the public to solve the case before anyone else falls victim to this violent man.
Geese mate for life, protect their families, and don’t deserve to be mowed down by someone with a dangerously short fuse, says PETA vice president Colleen O’Brien. “PETA asks anyone with information to provide information so that the person responsible for this terrible act can be held accountable and not harm anyone else.”
Anyone with relevant information should contact Animal Control Services at 774-203-1867 or 774-203-1868.
PETA, whose motto is in part that “animals are not ours to abuse in any way,” is opposed to arrogance, a worldview focused on human superiority. For more information please visit PETA.org or subscribe to the group on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram…
