New York “As UniverSoul Circus opens a store in Roy Wilkins Park on Saturday, members of PETA and the Long Island Orchestrating for Nature (LION) will create an uproar by alerting potential ticket buyers of the circus’s documented history of injured animals and escapes – and encouraging them to stay away.
When: Saturday, September 11, 11:00
Where: Roy Wilkins Park, at the intersection of 119 Merrick Boulevardth Avenue, Queens

PETA Asks Good New Yorkers To Stay Away From This Cruel Circus.
PETA, whose motto is in part that “the animals are not ours to be used for entertainment” – opposes arrogance, a worldview focused on human superiority.
